He even gave me a tour and tastes straight out of his fermentation barrels! He makes honey wine in all sorts of flavors. He raises his own bees and uses fruit from his orchard! You literally have to 4whl it across a large stream to get to his house!
Let me tell you, and my closest friends will attest: That this meade is thick and made proper! I would say that it is the best I have ever had...and I've drank (drunk?) a WHOLE lotta meade.
